Charm TV

The Charm TV Project features a new headquarters for the Mayor’s Office of Cable and Communications (MOCC). Developed on behalf of the Baltimore Development Corporation and in partnership with BARCO,  the project will be located on a city-owned site along Pennsylvania Ave in the Penn North community within the Black Arts District.

The project goal is to facilitate new investment in the Black Arts & Entertainment District in the Penn North neighborhood to further the City’s economic and community development objectives. This goal will be achieved by relocating the Mayor’s Office of Cable & Communications (the “MOCC”) offices and digital media studios which constitutes the production space of Charm TV (“CTV”) to a prominent location on Pennsylvania Avenue, just north of North Avenue. BDC believes the relocation of CTV will spur additional development to support the goals of the City and local stakeholders with focus on expanding community resources that support a local growing economy centered on the creative arts, artists and entrepreneurs.
