Affordable Housing
Civic develops affordable and mixed-income housing using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, soft debt, and mixed-finance structures. Our principals have led projects ranging from single-asset deliveries to master-planned redevelopments. We treat affordability as a design constraint, not a compromise.

Our principals helped lead the largest public housing redevelopment in Baltimore history. Construction Management
Civic manages construction execution for projects we develop and for outside owners. We run preconstruction through closeout with the same discipline we apply to development: tight schedule, transparent cost, and direct accountability. Our long-term aim is to grow this capability into Regalwood Construction.

Before founding Civic, our principals helped lead more than $600 million in mixed-use development at Beatty Development Group, including two of Baltimore's most transformative urban projects. We founded Civic to bring that institutional experience to projects that create both economic and community value.
Today, we partner with municipalities, institutions, nonprofits, and private owners to navigate complex developments from concept through completion.
