Equality Equation Infrastructure Academy

Since 2020, Equality Equation has been providing quality workforce development training to hard to employee and poverty impacted populations, helping them break into construction related positions through craft skill instruction and industry-recognized credentials. The Equality Equation Infrastructure Academy is a new 60,000 SF vocational training hub in East Baltimore. It is anticipated to serve 1600 students per year.

The Civic Group was hired to manage the development, financing, design, and construction of the facility on behalf of Equality Equation, LLC.
